The estimated annual usage is 259 pcs; delivery orders will be placed for a minimum of 10 pieces. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be a Requirement Type Contract for a base period of one year and it will include an option to extend the contract for an additonal period NTE two (2) years. Delivery terms: Within 60 days FOB New Orleans, LA or 90 days CIF/FOB Balboa, Republic of Panama after receipt of a delivery order.
