Rivoal, Contracting Officer SOLE SOURCE: The U.S. Marine Corps intends to award a sole source contract to Raytheon E-Systems of Falls Church, Virginia for the purchase of four (4) Raytheon Selectable Omni Antennas, model # AOL-010. Raytheon E-Systems developed the antennas as part of the Tactical Video Link system that has already been furnished to the Marine Corps. The hardware acquired must match the currently existing hardware. This is a one time acquisition. No solicitation document exists for this effort. See Numbered Note 22. (0035)
