76 -- PERIODICAL SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE DUE 022698 POC Jim Morgan, Telephone: (202) 619-4363 The United States Information Agency has a requirement for a periodical subscription service for the Agency's Information Resource Center (IRC). This procurement will follow simplified acquisition procedures. Vendors should be able to provide subscriptions to approximately 500 periodicals as reliably and inexpensively as possible. In addition, vendors must be able to obtain back issues of the subscribed periodicals in case of damage, loss, or non-delivery for any reason. This service is to cover the period March 1, 1998 -- December 31, 1998. Written responses will include prices and technical data to determine capability. You may submit your request in writing or via facsimile to the POC. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
