Gale Building, 3101 Pennsy Drive; Washington Commerce Center, 3300 Hubbard Road; and Landover Centers F, G and H, 1739 Brightseat Road. Services shall be provided for an initial period of one year, with the Government's unilateral option to extend services for four (4) additional consecutive periods of one (1) year each. Services will begin on or about May 1, 1998. Services will be procured using sealed bid procedures.
