The training requirements include, development and delivery of computer based training, electronic performance support and classroom base software training. Computer based training and performance support may support a variety of business needs and are not limited to software skills. This contract will be effective from October 1, 1998 (Fiscal Year 1999), or date of award, plus four (4) option years (Fiscal Year 2000, Fiscal Year 2001, Fiscal Year 2002, and Fiscal Year 2003).
