solicitation for commercial materials prepared in accordance with the
format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information

DTCG80-98-Q-3FA781. This solicitation document will incorporate
provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition
Circular 97-03. The standard industrial classification code is 3531 and
the size standard is 500 employees. The requirement is for the
following: For the Contractor to provide all tools, equipment, and
materials to install new crane on board USCGC Blackberry (WLI-6530) IS
located at Portsmouth, VA. Performance period starting 06 April 1998.
