The contractor will add capabilities for handling fatigue, nonlinear stress strain and graphical data, including manipulation, export, storage and retrieving to the existing Material Database System, developed by Touchstone. The contractor will add the capabilities for describing the statistical property distributions as required by the Navy and based on MIL 17 PMC handbook requirements.The contractor will make modifications as required by the Navy's Integrated Topside Program.Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements under the authority of FAR 6.302.1.
