Bannister Road, Kansas City MO 64131, for classified newspaper advertisement for recruitment services, on a sole source basis. This synopsis is for an unrestricted commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), prepared in accordance with the format FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Contract will be for one base period, March 31, 1998 through September 30, 1998, and with four one-year option periods. The options may be exercised at the discretion of the Government not-to-exceed $400,000.00. The provisions and clauses, for this procurement, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-03. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this acquisition is 7311.
