The Air Force Test Pilot School (TPS) has a requirement for curriculum development and execution. The contractor shall provide the following primary services: (a) Develop and present classroom instruction to include all phases of the TPS curriculum; performance, flying qualities, and systems; as well as test management and flight test techniques. (b) Direct control room/telemetry missions including real-time and post-flight data analysis and processing. Serve as curriculum advisor and facilitator to student qualitative evaluations and test management project groups. (d) Manage the TPS soaring program and activities. The contractor shall provide the following secondary services as required: (a) Primary and advanced ground and flight instruction to support the soaring program including currency and upgrade requirements. (b) Provide ground and flight instruction in civil, experimental, and military aircraft to support the qualitative evaluation program. The contract period will be for a basic period of 7 months with 4 one-year options. The contractor shall begin work no later than 7 calendar days after contract award.
