The draft RFP was mailed directly to businesses and other interested parties which had requested earlier versions of the draft RFP and was also made available via the Internet on the OCRWM Home Page http://www.rw.doe.gov/. and to those parties requesting a copy directly from the Contracting Officer. The announcement requested that comments regarding the RFP be submitted to the address listed below no later than February 13, 1998. This announcement hereby extends that comment period until April 13, 1998.
