Smith (502) 798-7129 (Site Code DAKF23) This solicitation will invite Request for Proposals for an Indefinite- Delivery Indefinite-Quantity Construction Contract for Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Contractor shall be required to provide maintenance, repair, rehabilitation and new construction utilizing the design/build approach. Work will include, but not be limited to, the following: survey installation and facilities, identify deficiencies, plan and document work required to remediate deficiencies, provide incidental engineering services, estimate cost of work, manage the remediation and/or construction effort ensuring quality and safety. Civil, architectural, mechancial, electrical, environmental, and structural construction will be required. It is anticipated that the solicitation will result in multiple awards, subject to the availability of funds. A base year with two option periods is contemplated. The yearly minimum amount per contract is estimated at $300,000.00 and the maximum amount per contract is estimated at $3,000,000.00. This acquisition is pursuant to the Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988; therefore, will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. Solicitation will contain an evaluation preference for SDB Concerns. Subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. SIC 1542/$17 Million. For the purpose of determining small business status for this requirement, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 Million in order to be considered a small business.
