Higginbotham (205) 235-7323 (Site Code DAAC01) The work to be done consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with specifications, schedules, and drawings forming parts thereof for the construction of a Radioactive Storage Building located in the East Area at Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, Alabama 36201. In general, the work consists of demolition of materials as described on the drawings that will be provided with the solicitation; site preparation and excavation for the new foundation, along with site drainage around building; new concrete footings, foundations, ramps, etc., along with all cut and fill required; new pre-engineered metal building; new concrete block fire walls; new roll-up doors and personnel doors as required; new electrical lighting and power system; new fire suppression sprinkler system and FM alarm system; painting as shown on contract drawings and specifications.
