Sources wishing to qualify must send in a complete set of manufacturing drawings and proof that they've made this or similiar item in the last 3 years or so; Also must show they have authorization to use existing forging die or dies as applicable. If use can't be obtained they must submit a manufacturing plan on how they intend to manufacture a new forging die of which the U.S. Air Force will have exclusive use rights to any new dies developed under this proposed contract number which will be assigned after this solicitation has closed and then awarded.
