The service must maintain compliance with all environmental regulations. This service is needed on a priority basis to begin the elimination of postage stamp spoilage. This RFQ supersedes RFQ 19-29. All interested parties who responded to RFQ 19-29 must requote. A pre-award inspection of the Contractor's facility and equipment may be performed by BEP personnel. Request for quotation must be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Agent, citing, RFQ 19-44 or by facsimile (202)874-3135.
