The notice is modified to make the following changes to the original notice: (1) In BAA #99-01, in section ESTIMATED COST AND DURATION OF PROPOSED WORK, following the first sentence, insert the following new sentence: Estimated funding (cost sharing) from performing organizatons: 33% of the total request. This is reduced to 10% for colleges, universities, small business firms or not-for-profits. (2) In BAA #99-02, in Section ESTIMATED COST AND DURATION OF PROPOSED WORK: delete the third sentence beginning with Estimated funding (cost sharing).... and replace with the following new sentence: Estimatd funding (cost sharing) from performing organizations: 33% of total request. This is reduced to 10% for colleges, universities, small business firms or not-for-profits.
