The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) intends to award a sole source contract to JAYCOR to provide technical analyses and expertise on issues relating to assessment of foreign nuclear test data and capabilities, support of broad aspects of achieving Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) compliance verification, evaluation of technical aspects of nuclear and conventional weapon target interaction and of technical approaches for achieving nuclear weapons effects simulation capabilities to meet DoD requirements, support of warfighter weapon employment contingency planning, and protection of DoD equities in arms control treaty development and negotiation. Only JAYCOR has the technical expertise, capabilities, and breadth of experience to perform the effort. Contractor personnel will need a DoD security level of TOP SECRET-RD. Contemplated period of performance is 36 months.
