Officer, (703) 325-1200 The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) has
a requirement entitled, "JMEM/AS Computer Programs and Database." The
Target Complex (TARCOM) and JMEM Air-to-Surface Trajectory (JAT)
programs require changes to correct deficiencies and extend the
capabilities of these weapons effectiveness tools. The TARCOM and JAT
program changes will include improvements to the core programs and the
user interfaces, as well as changes to use updated bridge, trajectory
and 3D-view modules. Changes will be required to improve the JMEM/AS
Database module that is used by TARCOM and WinJMEM. Updating TARCOM is
in response to user requests for improved automated weaponeering and
BDA tools. The JMEM/AS computer program modules and databases used in
the TARCOM program will be updated to include improvements to the
program modules, the user interfaces, the databases and the interface
to other programs. This procurement is a one hundred percent small
business set-aside. A SECRET security clearance is required to perform
