To be determined technically acceptable, the offeror must provide the following 1) References from a minimum of (3) major, current accounts for whom the offeror provides similar services. 2) Evidence that it is licensed to provide the services in the state of Massachusetts. 3) Evidence of JACHO Certification. 4) A copy of it's written policies and procedures regarding staff credentials.
