This requirement is to educate/train senior medical leadership with the responsibility for implementing Clinical Practice Guidelines, Critical Pathways, Utilization Management and Referral Management within each Air Force Medical Treatment Facility (MTF), in the principles of Disease Management, the steps required for implementation of any disease management effort and disease management's role in population health mangement. The training is to be provided during period of 23-26 March 1998 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This is a sole source requirement which will be acquired using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
