Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or facility to be constructed in the Village of Burdett, NY. The preferred area is bounded as follows: on the north by Covert Road; on the east by Coats Road; on the south by Dolphsburg/Auble Roads to Rte. 414; and on the west by NYS Rte. 414. Space requirements are for either existing space of about 2,500 sf with 14 customer parking spaces, 11 employee spaces and 2 handicap spaces or, for a new construction leased facility, about 2,500 sf on a site size of about 42,000 sf, with the same parking as above. The lease term is for a minimum of twenty years with four five-year renewal options for new construction and ten years with four five-year options for existing or renovated space. Proposals will be received through March 20, 1998, and must be submitted by principals only on specified forms and in accordance with the official advertisement for space.
