The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of a two-story addition to the existing Bulk Mail Center and the replacement of an existing Vehicle Monitoring Facility. Work includes, but is not limited to, site clearing, demolition, site control, lighting, landscaping, fencing, foundations, structural columns, beams and associated framing, miscellaneous metals, foundation walls, metal wall panels to match existing, roof, decking, interior finishes, restroom plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, lighting, CCTV system, glazing, insulation, sealing and waterproofing, cabinetry, flooring, doors and hardware, painting and other finishes and other associated activities to deliver a complete operating facility., pursuant to drawings and specifications attached hereto and made a part hereof. The replacement of the vehicle monitoring facility includes demolition, paving removal, utilities, precast panels, miscellaneous metals, windows, doors, interior finishes, plumbing, flooring, doors and hardware, roof, man lifts, handicap access, pneumatic tube transfer, electric lights, power, communication, and any other activity to provide a fully operational facility. Work includes maintaining existing operations throughout the construction phase. Contractor shall provide temporary access to site.
