Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor and material necessary to remove a 250 ton chiller, cooling tower and associated accessories and install two 50 HP low pressure steam natural gas boilers and associated accessories, and install an 80KW natural gas generator and automatic transfer switch. The Government estimate for the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is 120 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Place of performance is the Geophysical Fluid Dynamics Laboratory, Forrestal, Campus, Route 1, Princeton, New Jersey. Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds are required. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
