Sealed offers are due on or before Thursday, March 5, 1998 no later than 4:00 p.m. EST. The estimated cost for construction is between $150,000.00 and $250,000.00 with construction completion 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC OPENING OF THE PROPOSALS AND THE RESULTS OF THE ADVERTISEMENT WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED UNTIL AWARD OF THE PROJECT. There will be a preproposal conference held on site (955 Goffs Falls Road, Manchester) on Monday, February 23, 1998 beginning at 10:00 a.m. to discuss the specifics of this solicitation. Prospective contractors are encouraged to attend this meeting. Work includes, but is not limited to, providing all materials, labor and equipment required to complete the architectural expansion of the electrical room, removal of designated HVAC/VAV box(es), removal and relocation of existing electrical equipment, furnishing and installing new switchgear equipment with feeders, and furnishing new light fixtures at the General Mail Facility/Vehicle Maintenance Facility, 955 Goffs Falls Road, Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.
