The general scope of work is to renovate a portion of the eigth floor at 525 Griffin, Dallas, TX. The project will include selective demolition, including interior walls, doors, and frames; selected electrical demolition, including some light fixtures as needed, relocating/adding HVAC ductwork; removing the existing ceiling tile and a portion of the existing grid; includes the building of new GWB partitions; installing new ceiling tile and connecting new HVAC ductwork as required; relocating some sprinkler heads.
