The period of performance is for a base period and three option periods, that may consist of 1 to 12 months per period. The services required included change of occupancy maintenance, annual inspection and repairs, grounds maintenance, refuse collection/disposal, custodial, pest control, fumigation, repair/replacement of appliances and various minor construction repairs to housing structures. Offerors are required to provide the necessary management to schedule and monitor services ranging from routine change to occupancy maintenance to after hours' emergency trouble calls. The services to be provided are subject to the Service Contract Act and Davis Bacon Act wage rates. This solicitation will be available on or about March 30, 1998.
