U.S. Army Air Traffic Control Activity is seeking a mobile tactical
airfield lighting system (runway lights, taxiway lights, approach
lights, etc.). This system should be rapidly deployable into areas with
runways, helipads, (different color lights), or open fields. System
should be able to use generator or commercial power anywhere in the
world. The system must have two modes of operation: one normal (no
sight enhancement), the other mode system should be night vision
devices compatible. The system should be remote controllable via cable
or thru the air. The system should be modular so that desired system
