The government does not own a complete drawing package adequate for competition of the items. Delivery of the items will be required 180 days after contract award. Inspection and acceptance is to be at source with delivery f.o.b. destination to NSWC Crane, Crane, IN. Request for Proposal N00164-98-R-0052 is to be issued on or about 27 Feb 98.
