This is a Sole Source requirement with Damon Company, 2117 Industrial Drive, Salem, VA 24153 for Identification tags. Tags, Indentification, Personnel, class 30-4, corrosion resisting steel in accordance with Drawing Number 4-1-485 (Rev D). Flatness, the finished tag shall be capable of passing freely through the contractor furnished gage, swedged to break sharp edges. Estimated quantity is 760,000 each. The required delivery is thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of delivery order. Delivery is FOB Destination to United States Penitentiary, Lewisburg, PA. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
