a near-term (six month) firstlook examination of the operational
resources availability today, followed-up with findings as to how DoD
may best organize to accomplish the mission of remains recovery
mission. Provide detailed analysis of missions, organizational
structure and associated budgets of the U.S. Army Central
Identification Laboratory Hawaii (CILHI); U.S. Army Central Mortuary
Affairs Operations Center; Armed Forces DNA Identification Laboratory;
Joint Task Force Full-Accounting. Provide final report, complete with
