STENNIS CVN 74 Planned Incremental Availabilities (PIA) and upkeep availabilities. This effort will be performed in the ships homeport, San Diego, California. This solicitation will be issued to Newport News Shipbuilding and Drydock Company on a sole source basis. Newport News Shipbuilding is the only known qualified private source with the knowledge and experience required to accomplish this effort.
