The Florence VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic is a new facility without a history of quantities required; therefore estimated quantities cannot be projected. The Contractor shall be required to fill and dispense all prescriptions for up to a ten (10) day supply of medication as ordered. The Pharmacy is to be located in the Florence, South Carolina area. To enhance patient compliance, the Contractor will be required to provide teaching/counseling to patients and family members regarding the intended use of the medication, possible side effects and drug interactions considering health an disease status.
