Document preparation, not to exceed 400 hours. 2. Scanned images, not to exceed 500,000 each. 3. Page enhancement (despeck, deskew, border crop), not to exceed 500,000 each. 4. Indexing, manual data entry, not to exceed 50,000 each. 5. Indexing, zone ocr, not to exceed 50,000 each. 6. CD masters, not to exceed 40 each. 7. CD duplicates, not to exceed 40 each. 8. Pick-up and delivery (monthly service). Period of performance: 98 Apr 01 thru 99 Mar 31. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation, supplemented with information included in this notice.
