The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The contractor shall be required to operate and maintain a full compliment of personnel, in various locations on Kelly AFB, to include the Visual Information Services Center, (VISC), Base Photo Lab, VI Library, Graphics Sections, or other geographic locations as directed by the Base Visual Information Manager (BVIM), and/or contracting Officer (CO). The performance period will be Basic Year plus Three one-year options. Deadline for the receipt of bids has not been established.
