Work includes removal of all exterior wood siding and wood trim; replacement of diagonal sheathing affected by dry rot; installation of new exterior cedar shingle siding panels; prep, prime and paint all new and previously painted exterior surfaces; and installation of new aluminum frame window and door, and new metal ladder to roof.
