Z -- REPAIR SEWER LINES, ENLISTED HOUSING SOL F41685-98-R0004 DUE 041098 POC Ms. Juanita Rodriguez, Contracting Officer (830)298-5608 or Juanita Vasquez, Flight Chief, (830)298-5115 Rehabilitate all existing sanitary sewer main and service lines, from the main to the housing units in Military Family Housing (Enlisted Housing), by utilizing pipe bursting methods. The existing main and service lines shall be replaced with high density polyethylene pipe. Manholes shall be demolished and reconstructed. Housing area lawns and paved surfaces shall be restored. Throughout the construction of the project, shut-down time of sanitary sewer collection system shall be minimized. This solicitation will be issued as full and open competition, project requirements will be made available on or about 11MAR98. The applicable small business standard for interested small business concerns, including their affiliates, is not more then $17 Million in annual average receipts for the preceding three years. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC Code) is 1623. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The period of performance is 310 days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
