This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is unrestricted. The standard industrial classification code is 5075. Prospective bidders are required to submit written or faxed proposals for the following: Provide new air handling units (4) in the horizontal draw through configuration with pre-filter followed by coil section, fan section, and final high efficiency filters. Provide units with vibration isolation and spring supports. Keep air handling units sections at 24" maximum, wherever possible, to facilitate installing new unit. Provide with stainless steel drain pan. Provide easy access to all filter sections to enable ease of maintenance and replacement of filters. INSTALLATION IS NOT REQUIRED. Due to extremely confined space; bidders are required to attend a site visit to determine actual dimensions and related space restrictions for each AHU. A two (2) page drawing will be provided the day of the site visit, however bidders are solely responsible for determining exact measurements.
