All wood, veneer panels and solid stock, shall be the best quality, clear and free from any defect whatsoever and shall be specially selected for the particular purpose intended. All exposed surfaces for the bookcases shall be of Swietenia MacRophylla Mahogany. Hard woods, such as ash, birth, white oak, hard maple or yellow poplar, shall be used for framing and concealed work. The contract, once awarded, will have a base period of 12 months.
