Additional destinations and line items are hereby added to subject solicitation and corrected to read: UNICOR intends to issue a solicitation for a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Envelopes, Total Line Items 1 thru 16, made of white sulphite, brown or buff kraft with and without windows, white sulphite kraft. Quantities ranging from 100/MX to 15,000 MX. (MS = Thousand). NOTE: Shipments packaged per thousand. Minimum guaranteed amount is 10% of each line item. The estimated quantity is the maximum quantity for one year and the guaranteed amount is 10% of the estimated quantity per line item. Funds are obligated by each delivery order. Delivered F.O.B. Destination to UNICOR, FPI Sandstone, MN.; FMC Lexington, KY.; and FCI Fort Worth, TX. Type of contract: Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, One Year with Three (3) One Year Option, if exercised, with Economic Price Adjustment(EPA)Clause. Delivery orders will be issued for each shipment and shipment(s) are due 10 days ARO for FMC Lexington, KY., 10 days ARO for FCI Fort Worth, TX., and 30 days for delivery initial orders to FCI Sandstone, MN. and 10 days thereafter for FCI Sandstone, MN.
