The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) requires a Comprehensive Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) describing the impact on the human environment of salmonid fisheries likely to affect salmon species listed or proposed for listing under the Endangered Species Act. The EIS shall include an introductory overview, the Columbia River salmon fishery, Alaska salmon fishery and a cumulative analyses. The document will incorporate an EIS for the West Coast salmon fishery which will be prepared by NMFS and Pacific Fishery Management Council Staff. The period of performance is for one year after contract award. All responsible offers will be considered. (0040)
