Work includes reconditioning of the roadbed, culvert upgrades, culvert removals, ripping of the roadbed, excavation, installation of drainage structures, placement of aggregate and riprap, and placement of straw mulch for erosion control. Estimated start work is June 1 with a project completion time of 90 calendar days. Award evaluation criteria include technical capability and past performance history in addition to price.
