This project will provide for the repair of various roofs at the Dryden Flight Research Center. BASE BID ITEM: Involves applying a four (4) ply membrane roof to Buildings 4800 and 4825. BID OPTION NO. 1: Involves application of elastomeric coating patches to Building 4820. BID OPTION NO. 2: Involves application of elastomeric coating patches to Building 4826. BID OPTION NO. 3: Involves application of elastomeric coating patches to Building 4806, 4807, 4808, and 4810. The order of magnitude for the procurement is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00 and the effort shall be completed within 180 calendar days after notice to proceed. The SIC Code and small business size standard for this procurement are 1761 and $7.0 million, respectively. The anticipated release date of the IFB/RFO is on or about February 20, 1998 with an anticipated offer closing date of on or about March 22, 1998.
