Z -- UST REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT, INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT, DETROIT AND ROYAL OAK DISTRICTS SOL 162640-98-A-0030 DUE 031298 POC Teri Wilcox-DuBois, USPS Contract Specialist, 312/659-5974 Contract term is two (2) years. Work will be done on work orders issued for amounts and types of work. Offer will be a multiplier of the unit prices. Multiplier must contain offeror's overhead, profit and all other costs of doing business. Contract will be for UST removal and replacement on various postal owned or leased facilities at predetermined unit prices. Specific work orders will be issued for not less than $500 each nor more than $250,000 each during this contract. Total quantity of work under this contract will not be less than $10,000 nor more than $300,000. The initial limit of $300,000 may be increased, if required, up to a maximum of $1,000,000 over the two (2) year period. One or more contracts may be awarded at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. The successful contractor must maintain and furnish evidence of pollution liability insurance with limits of not less than $1 million per occurrence. Evaluation factors in addition to price will be considered as follows: 1. General Experience, and 2. Performance on current or past postal projects. Contract completion time will be twenty-four (24) months from the date of Notice to Proceed. Specifications will be available on or about February 12, 1998.
