The work consists of site modifications in the form of reconfiguring landscaping, automobile and truck access, parking, fencing, and signage, plus impact door replacement, interior painting, roof and gutter modifications, entrance remodel and repair, and miscellaneous repairs. The project will be bid a single sum contract. Site access and construction areas will be limited. Extensive construction coordination and sequencing are required to ensure full time operation of the existing facility. Estimated construction cost range is between $300,000 and $350,000. The construction performance period is 180 calendar days.
