The contractor shall furnish all labor, euipment, fuel, transportation, tools, supplies, supervision and management necessary to perform the clearing of one vista. This includes the removing of all trees and stumps, and performing the necessary dirt work to restore the area to a mowable state for farm type tractors. The contractor will be allowed to conduct vegetative debris burns. The park rangers will obtain the necessary burn permit form the fire department and over see the burn operation. Location of the work is Vicksburg National Military Park, 3201 Clay Street, Vicksburg Mississippi. Solicitation will be available on or about February 25, 1998.
