Law, Contracting Officer, (708) 786-4950 SOL M5-Q53-97, Federal Supply Schedule FSC Group 65, Part I, Section C, Antiseptic Liquid Skin Cleansing Detergents and Soaps, Dispensers and Accessories. Multi-year Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery, Multiple award contracts with Economic Price Adjustment Provisions. The resultant contracts will contain a $100 guaranteed minimum as well as an Industrial Funding Fee provision. Effective immediately, this Federal Supply Schedule will no longer have a prescribed beginning and ending date. The schedule period will be continuous, and will contain contracts with contract periods that commence on the Date of Award (DOA) and expire in five years(exclusive of any options) from the DOA unless cancelled, terminated, or extended pursuant to any option provisions included in the contract. In addition this solicitation will provide "standing" opportunities for new offers. New offers may be forwarded at any time; however, to assist us in managing the workflow, it is suggested that you submit your completed package to our office within a reasonable amount of time following receipt of the solicitation package. The Government will award contracts for identical brand name items when offers are determined to be fair and reasonable to the Government. -- See Note 12 (0042)
