National Science Teachers has compile the largest listing of teachers by name in science, math, social science and english in grades K-12 in the United States. Information on teachers are updated yearly by their principals to ensure the highest degree of accuracy and deliverability. The list shall contain the names and addresses of individuals who have attended one or more of their conventions within the past three years. The addresses should be provided electronically (sorted by zip code) along with a hard copy in one of the following PC-based formats; d-base, word perfect mail merge, ASCII delimited, DIF, or Excell. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Interested firms have 15 calendar days after publication of this synopsis to submit in writing to the identified point of contact, their qualifications/capabilities to meet the required work. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses received after 15 days or without the required information will be considered nonresponsive to the synopsis and will not be considered. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
