705-2878 The USDA Forest Service, Pacific Southwest Research Station
(California) has a requirement for Restriction Fragment Length
Polymorphism (RFLP) for one thousand Loblolly Pine samples. The Forest
Service will provide 50 cDNA probe samples. The specifications will
require the contractor to conduct RFLP analysis using cDNA probes
provided by the Forest Service. RFLP analysis shall be the required
process. The contractor will be required to demonstrate a certain level
of expertise and capability. Interested firms should submit a written
