The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) proposes to acquire by negotiation engineering, technical and computer operations support services for the Computer and Information Services Department at NUWCDIVNPT. The services to be provided encompass the following: Software Engineering, Testing, and Verification/Validation, Computer Operations Support, ADP Technical and Engineering support, Administrative support, Library support and Message Center services. We intend to issue a five year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with Cost Plus Award Fee provisions. Award will be made on the basis of best value. The estimated level of effort is 595,750 manhours. Technical criteria for award is as follows: personnel, technical approach, management approach, and past performance.
