This effort is for the possible conversion of the government-operated housing management services function in accordance with OMB Circular A-76. There will be a phase-in period from 20 Jul 98 thru 31 Jul 98 with a basic period of performance from 1 Aug 98 thru 30 Sep 98 (2 months) and three one-year options. The contract type will be firm-fixed-price. The contract will consist of five CLINs with taskings per CLIN to cover the basic performance requirements. Award will be made to the responsible offeror who provides a technically acceptable proposal and who proposes the lowest evaluated price providing the offeror's performance risk is determined to be low. The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the technically acceptable, lowest evaluated price offeror if that offeror is judgedto have a moderate, high, or no applicable performance risk rating. The proposed contract listed herein is for full and open competition. The applicable SIC code for this acquisition is 8744, and the small business size standard is $5M.
