Roberts, Regional Director/Contracting Officer (415) 975-4680 Requests for proposals for the continued operation of the San Diego Job Corps Center located in Imperial Beach California, will be available approximately March 2, 1998, for issue in response to written requests. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will cover the period October 1, 1998 through September 30, 2000, plus 3 governmental unilateral renewal options of one year. The approximate average capacity strength is 635 residential students (348 Males and 287 Females and 5 non-residential males and 10 non-residential females.) A Pre-Proposal Conference for the Job corps Center will be convened at 10:00 A.M. PST, on March 24, 1998, at the center in a room to be derermined. There will be a tour of the facility immiediatly following the conference. Interested persons, RFP #IX-98-63 due date is April 27, 2998.
